Service Description
Before any training begins, every student must schedule a 15-minute consultation. This session allows us to connect, discuss your experience level, goals, and expectations, and ensure that my instruction style and safety standards align with your needs. During this call, we’ll cover: > Your background and comfort level with firearms > The type of training or service you’re seeking > My approach to safety, mindset, and personal responsibility > Course options and next steps if we decide to move forward This consultation is designed to make sure we’re both confident in moving forward. My goal is to create a safe, respectful, and empowering learning environment for every student I work with.
Cancellation Policy
Firearms Instruction Policy My goal is to provide a safe, professional, and empowering training experience for every student. Please review the following policy before booking your session or class: 📅 Scheduling & Rescheduling All training sessions are scheduled in advance to ensure safety, preparation, and range availability. Reschedules must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session to be honored. Requests made within the 48-hour window cannot be accommodated and will be considered a cancellation. 🚫 Refunds All payments are non-refundable. Once your booking is confirmed, the time and range slot are reserved exclusively for you. ⏰ Late Arrivals & No-Shows Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late may forfeit their session. No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be refunded or rescheduled. 🔒 Safety Commitment Safety is the foundation of all instruction. Students must follow all range rules and directions at all times. Any unsafe behavior may result in immediate dismissal from the session without refund. By booking your session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this policy.
